Kagame inaugurates a modern village for the needy
On July 4th, National Day of Liberation, Paul Kagame and First Lady Jeannette travel to Horezo in Muhanga District (Southern Province) to inaugurate 25 houses, a school complex, a nursery for children, a dispensary and a multipurpose hall built exclusively by the Rwandan army reserve Forces.
During his speech for the occasion, Paul Kagame said he no longer want to hear about people crossing borders in search of better services in neighboring countries.
He insisted that the Rwandan education and health services should be attractive enough to attract foreigners who would come to solicit them in the country.
“We will do our best to meet these requirements, where there will be no good infrastructure, call for them, and they will be given to you as soon as possible,” he said adding that it is the responsibility and the obligation of the public authorities.
Kagame asked the inhabitants to unite to work without let go the efforts of the development of the country thus explaining the true ideology of the liberation
