Ambassador Habimana made the call, weeks after two Rwandans elected to the various posts by the members of the African Youth in Livestock Fisheries and Aquaculture Incubation Network (AYL-FAIN).

The elections were held in Egypt during the Pan-African conference on veterinary education establishments where Mr. Jean Baptiste Hategikimana and Nyandwi Alex were respectively elected to the positions of President of AYL_FAIN on Continental Level and Publicity and Social Media on Regional Level.
