Paul Kagame in Côte d’Ivoire Next week



Paul Kagame will visit Côte d’Ivoire for a two-day friendship and work visit. This announcement was made at the Council of Ministers in Côte d’Ivoire this Wednesday; TOPAFRICANEWS has learnt

Ivorian-Rwandan cooperation is in a good moment.

President Kagame and Alassane Ouattara maintain good relations as the two countries have been cooperating in a number of sectors.

It is under this bilateral cooperation between Côte d’Ivoire and Rwanda that the president of the country of the thousand hills will go to Abidjan for a visit of friendship and work, on 19 and 20 December 2018.

As government spokesman Sidi Tiemoko Toure said,”In the context of strengthening bilateral relations between Côte d’Ivoireand Rwanda, President Paul Kagame will pay an official visit to Côte d’Ivoire, December 19 and 20, 2018. “

Through this official visit, the two heads of state will have a tête-à-tête in the direction of strengthening relations between their two countries.

The Rwandan president, who is also the current president of the African Union (AU), will discuss African issues with President Ouattara.

Note that President Alassane Ouattara paid a visit to his Rwandan counterpart, eight months earlier, in April 2018. Sign of perfect collaboration between the two statesmen.
