You may have heard a Local Company in Rwanda where 70% of their staff is deaf.
The Company is Masaka Creamery Ltd which locates in Gasabo District in Kigali Special Economic Zone.
The Masaka Creamery factory was established in 2015 and it produces high quality Diary products for Rwanda and obviously in the region.
The daily production activities are done by deaf community composed of young girls and boys.
