Umuhoza is heard this morning, Wednesday at RFI saying that the Rwandan
government controls all her movements and that it has never found that the FDU
Inkingi has an armed branch.

P5 which calls for negotiation of political dialogue with the Rwandan
Government.

command of Gen. Kayumba Nyamwasa, who wants to attack and destabilize the
Security of Rwanda, as Kigali asserts.
TOPAFRICANEWS website just learned this Wednesday that the Rwandan government
is launching a series of international arrest warrants against members of the P5,
accused of fomenting a rebellion in the east of the DRC
