In an interview given to the press after exchanges with the president of the Congolese Senate, Pierre Ngolo, Bernard Makuza said that his mission in Brazzaville is in the framework of strengthening the bonds of friendship and cooperation that exist between the Congo and Rwanda, in general, and between the two Senates, in particular.
“You know that there are several areas of cooperation between our two countries. There is a rapprochement between our two peoples and there are also many activities at the commercial and diplomatic level. We have an embassy here, you have an embassy in Kigali. We have also seen how Rwanda can make its modest contribution to the fact that relations are active between the two countries, “said the president of the Rwandan Senate.
Pierre Ngolo and his guest also discussed the issue of exchange of information, experiences and harmonization of views at the level of regional and international organizations.
