GISELE can’t perform in night clubs but here is her advice for Gospel Singers

A new talented Rwandan gospel singer reveals why she can’t perform in night clubs and bars.

After performances in various Gospel groups, Gisele Shema, a new gospel singer in Rwanda, has decided to do her solo career where she started by releasing her first single “INZIRA N’UKURI” in January 2019. Speaking to TOP AFRICA NEWS, Gisele said that she decided to do her solo career just to use her talent to fulfil the purpose of God for her creation, and bring many to Salvation.

“I decided to do Gospel songs because it is the calling that I have to use to bring many people to Christ and help them to worship and praise God through my songs” Said the artist.

When he was at Radio Isango Star, Israel Mbonyi, one of respected gospel artists in Rwanda, stated that he can perform in night clubs and bars, which is taken as a prohibited act for gospel singers.

For Gisele, she said she cannot perform in such places but she encouraged others to go there if they are to preach the Gospel.

“For me I cannot perform in night clubs and bars. What I can say to those who go there to sing, is to encourage them if their main purpose is to preach the gospel and bring many to Christ. The harvest is plentiful but the workers are few. “ She said

Gisele leading praise and worship in church.

Gisele Shema is a member of a famous gospel ministry known as Singiza Music Ministries, and she uses to sing in different worship teams as a worship minister. Her wish is to keep doing gospel music till the end and she plans to release her second song as soon as possible not later than next month.
