DRC President Expected in Rwanda
President Félix-A. Tshisekedi of Democratic Republic of Congo is expected to visit Rwanda on March 26, RBA has learned.
This follows the meeting by President Kagame and the DRC’s Director of Cabinet Vital Kamerhe in Rwanda on Tuesday, 12 March.
President Félix-A. Tshisekedi is also expected to participate in the upcoming Africa CEO Forum which will held in Kigali from March 25-26, according to the Rwanda Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
DRC’s Presidency tweeted that the Director of Cabinet Vital Kamerhe traveled to Kigali on Tuesday, carrying a message from President Tshisekedi to President Kagame, in which Tshisekedi reiterated his offer to work towards the establishment of a lasting peace in the Eastern DRC.
