Rwandan Envoy presents Credentials to the Niger President
The Rwandan ambassador accredited to Niger presented, on Tuesday, April 23, the Letters of Credence to the President of the Republic of Niger HE Issoufou Mahamadou, TOPAFRICANEWS reports
HE Stanilas Kamanzi, Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Republic of Rwanda presented the letters of credence in a ceremony held at the Presidency Palace in the presence of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Cooperation, African Integration Mr. Kalla Ankouraou as well as members of the presidential cabinet.
