Arsenal teams up with National Geographic Partners to promote Visit Rwanda


Over the next 2 years, Arsenal will collaborate with National Geographic Partners. They will create narrative content to highlight the tourism opportunities of the gunner club sponsor: Rwanda (Visit Rwanda).

National Geographic Partners, a joint venture between The Walt Disney Company and the non-profit scientific organization of the same name National Geographic Society, becomes an ally of Arsenal.

They will create stories using the photographic and narrative capabilities of National Geographic to tell Rwanda’s unique story to the global audience of National Geographic. It will be available on social and digital travel platforms.

We must remember that ‘Visit Rwuanda’ became the first sponsor of the sleeve of the Arsenal shirt. He signed the contract in May 2018.

Photographer Charlie Hamilton James and travel writer Heather Greenwood Davies visited Rwanda. It was last February. A trip that has helped them to create stories. And capture captivating images. They visited from the Kimiroko market in Kigali to the Nyungwe National Park.

While the director of tourism at RDB, Belise Kariza, explains that “Rwanda is one of the most beautiful countries in the world. And we are excited to share our history and our rich natural heritage with the global National Geographic community. “

We hope it “inspires more travelers and adventurers to consider Rwanda as their main tourist destination,” concludes Kariza.
