Rwanda’s Foreign Minister Sezibera “Recovering” In Kenya Hospital
Government sources have told French magazine Jeune Afrique that Foreign Affairs Minister Dr Richard Sezibera is indeed hospitalized in Nairobi-Kenya amid rumours circulated from Uganda.
Jeune Afrique, where information about high-level Rwandan issues is usually relayed, reports that Dr Sezibera is “currently recovering”.
As we reported last week, speculation about the whereabouts of Dr Sezibera has been rife since late July. Uganda government spokesman Ofwono Opondo added fuel to the fire of rumours with a Tweet of an obscure Ugandan site which alleged he had been poisoned.

Jeune Afrique, quoting unnamed Rwandan officials, says Dr Sezibera’s “health condition is not worrying”.
However, no other details are provide by the French magazine, which has regularly published exclusive interviews with President Paul Kagame.
