Victoire Ingabire Launches New Political Party to promote Freedom of Expression, Democracy in Rwanda
Ingabire Victoire Umuhoza has launched a new political party that she says it will follow Rwanda Government’s principles.
Ingabire said on Voice of America that the political party aims to bring democracy and freedom of Expression.
Under the Acronym of DALFA, the later replaces the FDU Inkingi which she meant its political agenda are not in line with Rwanda’s shared path towards the Sustainable development.
Ingabire says that her party will follow the rules and regulations which guides political parties in Rwanda.
She says she hopes the political party will be registered by Rwandan Government.
