Uganda releases 13 More Rwandans ahead of Kagame, Museveni meet
Uganda hands over 13 Rwandan nationals to the Rwandan Embassy in Uganda. Uganda’s Foreign Affairs Minister, Sam Kutesa told journalists that the release of Rwandans is aimed; ” to clear the way to normalise relations”.
The release of 13 Rwandans illegally detained in Uganda comes 3 days to the next quadripartite Heads of State meeting meant to take place this Friday, February 21, at the Gatuna-Katuna border One Stop Border Post.
