PHOTOS: Mushikiwabo, Gabonese Counterpart visit Armenia Genocide Memorial Site
Minister of Foreign Affairs of Rwanda Louise Mushikiwabo and his Gabonese counterpart, who is also Minister of la Francophonie of Gabon, have visited Tsitsernakaberd site to pay tribute to the memory of the victims of the Armenian Genocide.
The Two Ministers are in Armenia from 22nd August-24th August 2018.
The visit is in line with the strengthening Diplomatic relations between Armenia and African countries as well as seeking support of Armenia to Mushikiwabo’s OIF Secretary General Candidacy.
OIF elections are scheduled to take place on October 11-12 in Everan, the capital city of Rumania.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Armenia has reported that the two Ministers wrote notes in the Genocide Museum commemorative book.

The two foreign Affairs ministers of Rwanda and Gabon closed their visit to the Tsitsernakaberd Memorial by signing the guestbook and planting a tree in memory of the victims of 1915.
On the same day also they held fruitful discussions on diplomatic matters between Armenia, Rwanda, Gabon and Africa in General.
