Visit Rwanda! Now it’s Our Turn on 11th August, 2018

In 2015 Rwanda received seven lions from South Africa to re-introduce the species into Akagera National Park.

The return of lions to Akagera is a conservation milestone for the park and the country.

It is an opportunity for Rwanda to increase its competitiveness as a tourism destination and portray to the world our commitment to conservation.

While our country continues to invest in the tourism sector, Rwandans are also called to seize this opportunity to enjoy the nature of their homeland.

It is in this regards that the Home Rwanda Safari Tours Company is organizing an Ideal Akagera National Park Trip which is scheduled on 11th August 2018.

Two reasons why do we need to Visit Akagera National Park?

  1. Akagera National Park is central Africa’s largest protected wetland and the last remaining refuge for savannah-adapted species in Rwanda.
  2. The rolling highlands, vast plains and swamp-fringed lakes of this north-eastern territory contain a rich biodiversity and are home to a number of rare species, such as the shoebill stork. With more than 12,000 large mammals and 482 bird species, this breath-taking landscape is every nature lover’s wildest dream.

This is our Turn Now to seize this opportunity to visit this beauty of Rwanda.
