President Paul Kagame has urged Rwandans to waste no time throughout 2019.
President Paul Kagame and First Lady joined thousands of Rwandans at Kigali Convention Centre for the end of year party.
Speaking at the occasion, President Kagame revealed that the year 2018 was as a great year for him, But, he adds ” I have a feeling that 2019 will be even better. But it does not just happen, we have to put in the work and go as fast as we can. Let us not waste any time. “
“I wish you a great night but I also ask you to enjoy responsibly. Keep yourself and others safe, be safe on the roads, remember tomorrow another year begins and we want to see each of you in the new year” President Kagame said
