Pastor Bushiri: the media defiled my reputation
Pastor Bushiri said, that the media are trying to slander him and ruin his reputation.
Shepherd Busiri, A South African leader of the Enlightened Christian Gathering (ECG) church, must appear before the CRL Rights Commission. The pastor must testify after a deadly crush in his church, followed by numerous protests and demands to close the church.
In the crush that occurred in the Enlightened Christian Gathering (ECG) church on Friday, three women were killed and at least 17 people were injured. The self-proclaimed pastor declared, that he was saddened by the incident. Also he rejected that his church tried to hide the case and sent the bodies of the dead people to private morgues.
Bushiri claims, that in the church were observed all safety rules, and the media are simply trying to defame his honor, accusing pastor of corruption.
