Rotary Club of Kigali Virunga Spreads Christmas Cheer with Generous Donation to Hidden Souls
The Rotary Club of Kigali Virunga (RCKV) has extended its hands of generosity to Hidden Souls, an organization dedicated to supporting elderly individuals in Nyagatare.
Led by the compassionate spirit of the club president, Rotarian PFH Livingstone Nkuusi, the Rotary Club of Kigali Virunga (RCKV) handed over Rwf 1,000,000 to Hidden Souls, an initiative led by Angel Kabalega.
This contribution is earmarked to celebrate Christmas and fund Health Insurance for the elderly residents of Nyagatare.
Hidden Souls, a humanitarian organization that recently shared its mission with the Rotary Club of Kigali Virunga (RCKV), focuses on assisting elderly individuals in Nyagatare District.
Their comprehensive approach includes providing health insurance, clothing, and dedicated caretakers to ensure the well-being of the elderly population.
Moved by the impactful work of Hidden Souls, the Rotary Club of Kigali Virunga (RCKV) didn’t hesitate to rally its members for support. Happy dollars were collected, and the club went a step further by generously donating 10 boxes of Nootri instant porridge to contribute to the nutritional needs of those under the care of Hidden Souls.
As Christmas approaches, the Rotary Club of Kigali Virunga (RCKV), under the leadership of President Rotarian PFH Livingstone Nkuusi, remains committed to its ethos of “Service Above Self,” with members playing a pivotal role in orchestrating this impactful initiative.
The donation to Hidden Souls not only symbolizes the spirit of the season but also underscores the Rotary Club of Kigali Virunga’s dedication to making a meaningful impact in the communities it serves.
Rotarian PHF OJI Chukwuemeka expressed how delighted the members were to support Hidden Souls in their mission to bring comfort and care to the elderly in Nyagatare.

This donation will significantly enhance the quality of life for the elderly in our care.”
