PHOTOS: Rwanda Celebrates World Water Day 2019
On 22nd March 2019, Rwanda joins the rest of the world to celebrate the World Water Day under the theme “Leaving No One Behind.”
The celebration took place in Ngororero District where The Ministry of Evironment and Netherlands Embassy in Rwanda launched a Project for the rehabilitation of Secoko Sub-Catchment in Upper Nyabarongo Catchment.
Senior officials who were present include the Director General of Rwanda Water and Forestry Authority, Prime Ngabonziza representing the Minister of Environment, CEO of Rwanda Mining Board Francis Gatare, First Secretary in the Netherlands Embassy among others.
