Dakar, April 1- President Paul Kagame of Rwanda is expected in Dakar, Senegal to attend Macky Sall’s swearing-in ceremony scheduled for Tuesday, Media report on Monday
Reports say that 17 heads of state and numerous ministerial delegations are present in Dakar for the ceremony planned at the Exhibition Center of the Urban Pole of Diamniadio. Among these heads of state, the media quote Faure Gnassingbé (Togo), Paul Kagame (Rwanda), Alpha Conde (Guinea), Felix Tshikedi (Congo).
President Macky Sall will play on two cadences on the day of his inauguration. The oath-taking ceremony in Diamniadio, which will be attended only by the officials, will be marked by solemnity. The popular stamp of the event will be given in Dakar around the Palace where President Macky Sall will be welcomed by the militants of the capital (…), TOPAFRICANEWS has learned.
