This grand celebration is organized through a collaboration between the Ministry of Youth and Arts, the City of Kigali, and Rwanda Arts Initiative. Its primary objective is to provide a platform for artists to display their talents and works while putting Rwandan art on the global stage, further solidifying Rwanda’s position as a hub for cultural creativity.
