Eurodia Secures €18 Million Investment to Accelerate Clean Industrial Growth

PERTUIS, France – Eurodia Industrie, a French company specializing in industrial liquid extraction and purification technologies, has secured an €18 million minority investment from Starquest Capital and Yotta Capital Partners to accelerate its expansion in the global energy and environmental transition markets.
The investment comes as Eurodia experiences rapid growth driven by increasing demand for industrial decarbonization solutions, larger-scale projects, and international expansion. The company said the funding will strengthen its financial capacity to scale up operations and deploy more industrial solutions that help reduce carbon emissions while improving resource efficiency.
Founded in 1988, Eurodia develops tailor-made technologies that extract, separate, purify, concentrate, and recover valuable components from complex industrial liquids. Its solutions help industries reduce water consumption, energy use, chemical inputs, and greenhouse gas emissions, contributing to cleaner and more sustainable production processes.
The company’s technologies support several strategic sectors, including Direct Lithium Extraction (DLE), lithium refining and recycling, industrial decarbonization, resource recovery, carbon capture, and biobased chemistry. These innovations are designed to improve industrial efficiency while supporting the global transition to a low-carbon economy.
Eurodia has recorded remarkable growth in recent years. Its annual revenue increased from approximately €34 million in 2023 to €80 million in 2025, more than doubling within two years. The company has deployed over 450 industrial installations across more than 50 countries, with international markets accounting for 80 percent of its revenue.
According to Mathieu Bailly, President of Eurodia Industrie, the partnership represents a significant vote of confidence in the company’s vision and capabilities.
“We are delighted to partner with Starquest Capital and Yotta Capital Partners, who share our group’s values and vision. This partnership will support our rapid growth while maintaining the excellence, innovation and professional approach that have earned Eurodia its reputation with clients over many years,” he said.
Mathilde Andrier, Investment Director at Starquest Capital, said Eurodia has demonstrated the effectiveness of its advanced technologies in addressing industrial decarbonization challenges and believes the company is well positioned to play a critical role in supporting the global energy transition.
Meanwhile, Vincent Deltrieu, Managing Partner at Yotta Capital Partners, described Eurodia as an example of the type of industrial company capable of combining strong business growth with measurable environmental impact.
He said the investment will help accelerate the company’s expansion into rapidly growing markets while supporting the decarbonization and transformation of industry.
The investment is backed by two French investment firms focused on sustainable development. Both Starquest Capital and Yotta Capital Partners invest through Article 9 funds under the European Union’s Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR), the highest sustainability classification for investment funds.
With the new financing, Eurodia plans to expand its international footprint and continue developing innovative industrial technologies that enable companies to reduce their environmental impact while improving operational efficiency, reinforcing its position as a key player in the global transition toward cleaner and more sustainable industries.
