Rwanda’s First Lady addresses Segal Family Foundation General Meeting

Rwanda’s First Lady, Jeannette Kagame, attended the general meeting of the Segal Family Foundation, which is currently being held in Kigali. The conference was attended by individuals from3 7 countries worldwide.
The Segal Family Foundation is an organization that works to improve the quality of life of the community.
During the meeting, Jeannette Kagame stated that the Segal Family Foundation’s initiatives have helped numerous individuals fulfill their aspirations and engage in meaningful endeavors.
She also highlighted the strong partnership between the Imbuto Foundation and the Segal Family Foundation, emphasizing that both organizations prioritize facilitating positive transformations within the community.
Mrs. Jeannette Kagame reminded that the ideas which were put forth resulted in positive actions that have reached people from various social classes.
She urged the participants to persist as catalysts for positive change and to actively contribute towards resolving contemporary issues, such as mental health, problems arising from climate change, and bridging the gaps in terms of equality and inclusion.
The Segal Family Foundation is an organization founded by American Barry Segal, who spent 40 years as the CEO of the construction materials company, Bradco Supply, where he wanted to create something new that would benefit the people of the world.
When Barry Segal first arrived on the African continent in 2007, Rwanda was among the countries he visited.
