President Trump Addresses 81st UN General Assembly, Emphasizing American Strength and Sovereign Action

UNITED NATIONS — Addressing the 81st session of the United Nations General Assembly, President Donald J. Trump delivered a speech asserting that under his leadership, American strength and sovereignty have been restored. Highlighting his administration’s foreign and domestic policy record, President Trump declared that while other leaders have merely discussed global challenges, his administration has taken direct action to resolve them.

Key Foreign Policy and Security Directives

During his address, President Trump reaffirmed a strict stance against Iran, stating that the United States will never allow the regime to acquire a nuclear weapon. Reflecting on the 25th anniversary of September 11 and the upcoming third anniversary of the October 7 attacks in Israel, he highlighted the threat posed by Iran’s funding of regional terrorism.

Addressing security within the Western Hemisphere, President Trump detailed military measures against drug cartels, which his administration designated as Foreign Terrorist Organizations. He noted that targeted operations have destroyed maritime drug trafficking routes and eliminated major cartel leaders, including the head of the Tren de Aragua gang.

Rejection of Globalist Frameworks

President Trump explicitly rejected international governance schemes, affirming that there is no global government and pledging that no global taxes will be enacted during his presidency.

He criticized UN institutions, specifically taking aim at the UN Human Rights Council for its critiques of U.S. immigration enforcement and domestic policies.

Furthermore, he rejected UNESCO’s approach to mass migration, maintaining that sovereign nations have a fundamental right to protect their borders and heritage.

On technological governance, President Trump stated that the United States opposes any international regulatory scheme over Artificial Intelligence, which he officially termed “Super Intelligence”. Concluding his remarks, he emphasized that the United States will continuously defend its freedom, sovereignty, and national interests.
