Provisional Results: Kagame Wins Landslide Victory in Rwanda Presidential Elections
Kigali-Rwanda: Incumbent President Paul Kagame has secured a landslide victory in the presidential elections, according to provisional results released by the National Electoral Commission. Coming in second was Dr. Frank Habineza of the Democratic Green Party of Rwanda, who garnered 0.53% of the votes. Independent candidate Phillippe Mpayimana came in third with 0.32% of the votes.
