Rwanda’s Police ranked 2nd best police in Africa

According to World Internal Security and Police Index (WISPI) report, Rwanda and Algeria ranked second and third on the handful list of 14 countries with best police on the Continent.
Botswana has been rated first among 14 countries with the best police force in Africa, Nigeria did not make the cut – Tunisia, Egypt, and Burkina Faso are some of the countries that were ranked on the continent.
The WISPI report was proposed by Mamdooh Abdelmottlep and designed by experts across the world.
Ghana made the ranking in the eighth position, while South Africa, Morocco, and Mali are number 9, 10, and 11 on the list.
