Beyoncé Shares New ‘RENAISSANCE’ Concert Film Trailer
Beyoncé shocked her fans yesterday, November 24, by making a special video announcement during the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade. Hoda Kotb, anchor of the “Today” show, hosted the event.
In her message, Beyonce said, “Hey, it’s Beyoncé wishing you and your family a very happy Thanksgiving. I’m so honored to share with you the first look at the RENAISSANCE film trailer.”
Rumi, the singer’s daughter, made a brief appearance in the video while recording her mother. It made Beyoncé decide to show her how to operate the camera properly. “Could I teach you a trick?” she revealed. The camera needs to be turned to the side. Yes, that’s where we are. Diana Ross and Megan Thee Stallion made additional cameos in the video.
Beyoncé also gave also reflected on her career in a voiceover. She said, “I have nothing to prove to anyone at this point. We are creating our own world. This is my reward. No one can take that away from me.”
“When I am performing, I am nothing but free. The goal for this tour was to create a place where everyone is free and no one is judged,” Bey added. “You’re unique. Start over, start fresh, create the new, that’s what the Renaissance is about.”
Beyoncé’s “RENAISSANCE WORLD TOUR” concluded on October 1st, and the movie will be released on December 1st. A portion of the project’s visual album will be featured in the film, which will showcase show performances from the first show in Stockholm, Sweden to the last show in Kansas City, Missouri. It also provides a documentary-style look into the making of the album.
A FILM BY BEYONCÉ will have its premiere in Los Angeles this Saturday, November 25. On November 30, there will be another event in London. Now, tickets can be purchased for $22.
