Rwandan Minister of Foreign Affairs Louise Mushikiwabo has just arrived in Kinshasa where she was received by her counterpart, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Democratic Republic of Congo, Leonard She Okitundu.

The two ministers exchanged about Mushikiwabo candidacy for the position of Secretary General of the International Organization of La Francophonie (OIF).
