Social Media Users need “Self-Regulation” before being regulated

My Advice to Rwandan Youtubers and Social Media Users: As Government moves to regulate Social media Content, let link our content with professionalism & consciousness while looking for views or hits.
Let’s this apply also to other Internet Users. Some of media/Journalists use sensational content to get Website Hits which allow them to generate money but before that let us ask ourselves: What will be the impacts if I publish or broadcast the message? That’s where Ethics apply and most of youtubers/us do not even have that Journalistic behavior/ethics.
Every so often you might be playing with Headline titling to hook readers or viewers and at the end of the day you will see that you were playing with fire. Let us be Cautious and Professional.
