Popular Rwandan Journalist dies
The heart breaking story of the death of a Rwandan journalist Umuhire Valentin started circulating on Thursday evening, January 7, 2021, published by his brother who said he was ill at CHUK Hospital.
Umuhire Valentin was well known in the Rwandan Media Industry as one of the longest-serving Journalist. His voice is well known on Radio Rwanda and is widely regarded by many as a role model.
He has also worked in various other media outlets including Radio 10, Radio Huguka, Pax Press, Syfia Grands Lacs, and he was an expert in moderating public debates
Umuhire was currently residing in Musanze District and has his own online newspaper, Valuenews.
