President Kagame sends a special message to the President of the Republic of Congo

President Paul Kagame has sent a special message to his counterpart of the Republic of Congo H.E Denis Sassou-NâGuesso.
The message was sent via Dr. Vincent Biruta, Rwanda’s Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation.
The Presidency of Congo announced on Wednesday that “The President of the Republic, Denis Sassou-N’Guesso, met on Wednesday, January 25, 2023, at his residence on the plateau, with Vincent Biruta, the Rwandan Minister of Foreign Affairs, the bearer of a message from President Paul Kagame.”
