President Kagame Swears In Three New Officials in Rwandan Government
President Paul Kagame has on Monday, 23rd December, 2024 administered the oath of office to three newly appointed officials in the Rwandan Government. Among those sworn in were Nelly Mukazayire, who took over as Minister of Sports from Nyirishema Richard, Rwego Ngarambe, the Minister of State in the Ministry of Sports and the Minister of State in charge of the National Treasury in the Ministry of Finance and Economic Planning, Godfrey Kabera.
During the ceremony, President Kagame emphasized the importance of taking their oaths seriously, stating that it is not just a tradition but a commitment to the work that needs to be done. He urged the new leaders to understand the weight of their responsibilities and to fulfill them diligently.
