Emirates Resumes Reduced Flight Schedule Amid Airspace Reopening

Emirates has confirmed it is currently operating a reduced flight schedule until further notice, following the partial re-opening of regional airspace. The airline is gradually working to restore its full flying schedule after recent disruptions caused by the ongoing Iran-US-Israel crisis affecting regional air travel.
For March 5 and March 6, the airline expects to operate over 100 flights departing from and returning to Dubai. These flights are crucial for transporting passengers eager to reach their final destinations, as well as carrying essential cargo, including perishables and pharmaceuticals.
Emirates stated it will continue to build back its schedule, dependent on airspace availability and the fulfillment of all operational requirements. The airline emphasized that safety remains its top priority and that it is closely monitoring the situation to adapt its operations as needed.
The airline urges all customers to only proceed to the airport if they possess a confirmed booking. For the latest updates and travel information, customers are advised to check the official emirates.com website and the airline’s official social media channels.
