eXp Realty’s Sarah Hutchinson Recognized in Ragan’s Top Women in Marketing Class of 2026
eXp Realty, the global real estate brokerage and core subsidiary of AGNT, Inc. (Nasdaq: AGNT), is proud to announce that Sarah Hutchinson, VP of International Marketing, has been named to Ragan’s Top Women in Marketing Class of 2026.
Hutchinson was honored in the “AI and Innovation Leaders” category, a distinction that highlights her pivotal role in transforming eXp International’s marketing infrastructure. Over the past year, Hutchinson demonstrated remarkable technical agility by rebuilding the organization’s network of 25 country-specific websites in a single quarter. Utilizing AI-native development tools, she executed a digital overhaul that circumvented traditional agency timelines and costs, ensuring the organization retains full ownership of its infrastructure.
Beyond infrastructure, Hutchinson has successfully led two consecutive eXpcon International conferences, including the recent eXpcon Paris, which saw a 21 percent year-over-year increase in paid attendance.

Hutchinson will be formally honored alongside other distinguished marketing executives at a luncheon on October 22, 2026, at the Yale Club in New York City.
