“Today I met with Mathilde Mukantabana, Ambassador of the Republic of Rwanda to the United States of America to discuss the arrest of Paul Rusesabagina.
The United States expects the Rwandan government to provide humane treatment, adhere to the rule of law, and provide a fair and transparent legal process for Mr. Rusesabagina.”
