Spiro Rwanda welcomes stage winner Matthijs De Clercq at the Karongi–Rubavu finish line

On Wednesday, February 25, the 2026 Tour du Rwanda reached a thrilling milestone as Belgian rider Matthijs De Clercq (Soudal Quick-Step Devo Team) claimed victory in Stage 4.
Crossing the finish line in Rubavu after a demanding127.2km journey from Karongi, De Clercq was welcomed by top brands including Spiro Rwanda, a key partner in the race and a pioneer for a greener future.
De Clercq secured the stage win with a commanding time of 3 hours, 5 minutes, and 55 seconds. As the riders navigated the scenic but challenging route, Spiro Rwanda was on the ground to reinforce its commitment to clean mobility.
