Long before she became a travel entrepreneur, Gasaro was a young girl fascinated by the wonders of nature. Growing up in Rwanda, she spent much of her time exploring forests, observing wildlife and listening to the sounds of birds in their natural habitat.
While many children envisioned careers in traditional professions, Gasaro found herself drawn to discovery, adventure and the beauty of the world around her. What began as simple childhood curiosity would eventually evolve into a lifelong mission.

At just 17 years old, Gasaro began sharing her travel experiences on social media through platforms such as Instagram and TikTok under the name TripAdvisor Rwanda. Through storytelling, photography and cultural exploration, she quickly realized that travel was much more than a personal passion.
Her content inspired others to discover new places, appreciate diverse cultures and broaden their perspectives. Encouraged by her growing audience, she began to envision a larger purpose one where travel could become a catalyst for education, empowerment and positive social change.
That vision became reality with the launch of Infinity Travel Rwanda Limited.
Courage Beyond Comfort Zones
Travel is often associated with stunning landscapes and memorable experiences, but some of the most valuable lessons emerge from moments of uncertainty.
One of the journeys that profoundly shaped Gasaro’s perspective was her visit to the Mundari community in South Sudan. Entering an environment where armed cattle keepers are a normal part of daily life was initially intimidating and emotionally challenging.
Yet beyond the fear, she discovered kindness, generosity and humanity.
Despite cultural differences and language barriers, she was welcomed with warmth and hospitality. The experience reinforced a powerful lesson: genuine understanding often begins when we move beyond assumptions and stereotypes.
Another life-changing experience took her to Makoko, the famous floating community in Lagos, Nigeria. Witnessing how families build lives and thrive despite difficult circumstances deepened her appreciation for resilience, determination and community strength.
These encounters strengthened her belief that travel is one of the most effective ways to learn, grow and develop empathy.
Building a Business With Purpose
For Gasaro, entrepreneurship is about far more than financial success.
Since childhood, she has dreamed of helping vulnerable communities, particularly women and children facing difficult circumstances. Through Infinity Travel Rwanda Limited, she has created a platform that combines business with social impact.
Her vision includes creating opportunities for young people, supporting families in need, promoting education, and connecting travelers with communities where meaningful change can occur.
A defining aspect of her work is her commitment to empowering women.
In a tourism industry where leadership opportunities often remain limited for women, Gasaro actively creates space for female participation. She works with female drivers and promotes women’s involvement across different sectors of tourism.
