In Front of the Government, Kagame thanks Louise Mushikiwabo (SPEECH)
President Paul Kagame has thanked Louise Mushikiwabo for the invaluable work she did for her country.
He said “We are proud of what she has done for our country. And she continues to do this in La Francophonie.”
Louise Mushikiwabo was elected recently as Secretary General of the OIF.
