New Envoys Accredited to Rwanda Submit Letters Of Credence

New Ambassadors accredited to the Republic of Rwanda on Thursday submitted their letters of credence to Minister Vincent Biruta.

The new diplomatic envoys include; Mr. Mokiemo Jean Félix, Ambassador-designate of the Republic of the Congo, with residence in Kigali.

Lt. Gen. (Rtd) Peter Kakowou Lavahun, High Commissioner-designate of the Republic of Sierra Leone, with residence in Nairobi.

Mr. Barlybay Sadykov, Ambassador-designate of Kazakhstan, with residence in Nairobi, Kenya.

Ms. Ntsiuoa Castalia Sekete, High Commissioner-designate of the Kingdom of Lesotho, with residence in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
