Rwanda’s Minister of Agriculture Shares Humble Beginnings and Calls for Support for President Kagame

During a campaign event in Huye District, Rwanda’s Minister of Agriculture and Animal Resources , Dr. Musafiri Ildephonse, shared his humble beginnings as a student at the University of Rwanda. He recounted how he lived in difficult conditions, sharing a room with others due to a lack of accommodation. Dr. Musafiri highlighted the challenges faced by students at the time, including overcrowded living spaces and limited resources.
Reflecting on his journey from a struggling student to a university professor and eventually a Minister, Dr. Musafiri credited President Paul Kagame for his role in transforming the country. He praised the development projects initiated by the government, such as infrastructure improvements and healthcare facilities in various districts.
Dr. Musafiri urged voters, especially first-time voters, to support President Kagame in the upcoming elections in July 2024. He emphasized the importance of continuity in development and expressed confidence in President Kagame’s ability to lead the country forward.
