Dr. Frank Habineza Pledges Milk Revolution in Rwanda’s Nyaruguru and Nyamagabe Districts
Dr. Frank Habineza, the presidential candidate for the Democratic Green Party of Rwanda (DGPR), made a bold promise during his campaign in Nyaruguru and Nyamagabe Districts on July 7, 2024 – to provide milk collections and build a milk processing plant for the people if elected.
In both districts, Dr. Frank Habineza was embraced by a large crowd of supporters and party activists, who had come to listen to the party’s manifesto.
Dr. Frank Habineza, the presidential candidate, expressed satisfaction with the progress made in certain areas, including the road to Kibeho in Nyaruguru District.
The DGPR has advocated for this and promised milk processing plants and agricultural products if elected in the upcoming elections.
“This area has a lot of milk, but we found out that there is no distribution, so you can’t find a place to sell the milk. If you vote for me, I will build collections in each center, which will help you find a place to sell that milk. What’s more, we will put a factory to process the milk; all you need is to trust us by giving us your votes,” Habineza said.
Some residents express their hope that the DGPR Party’s proposed changes will be implemented.
The DGPR activists urged locals to vote for Frank Habineza as president and support their party for more MPs in Parliament, promoting sustainable development.
