The party manifesto includes measures such as an increase in teachers’ salaries and a reduction in property taxes from 300 Frw/m2 to 80 Frw/m2.

He pledged to eradicate unemployment by creating 5,000 jobs annually, particularly for youth, to address the country’s pressing unemployment issue.

Habineza added that the DGPR will continue to work towards promoting development and uplifting the welfare of all Rwandans, including women, youth, and our communities at large, to achieve comprehensive progress and development goals for all Rwandans for the next five years (2024-2029).
